Caprylic acid continued to give me a very good die-off. On Sat (29th) I did a gentle Gym class and then came home.

The die-off symptoms were fairly consistent, I would feel bad mid-morning till late afternoon and then would start to come well again.

On the afternoon of the 30th I tried a nasal rinse with 2 drops of ‘Triguard Plus’ (Grapefruit, Tea Tree and Gold) in 120ml water.

I felt like I’d blown the top of my head off, it was shocking. I felt my sinuses filling each side of my forehead, burning.

The die-off was substantial, and different to a gut die-off. I used oil pulling again.

When I went to the toilet, I passed a couple of heavy white strands, about 2 cm long, pretty sure these are fungous filaments.

With dinner I then had two more Capryllic Acid tablets, this was probably a mistake, I had only just recovered from my sinus cleansing toxicity.

The die-off was unpleasant, it lasted into the night, I had difficulty getting to sleep, my stomach was very sore and my back.

The next morning I didn’t take anything, I was still feeling sick from the day before, I continued to feel ill until after I had eaten lunch.
